# The Education (School Information) (England) Regulations 2002, Paragraph 4


The authority’s arrangements for transfer between schools maintained by them other than special schools, otherwise than at a normal admission age, including, in particular—
(a) the respective functions of the authority and the governing bodies of such schools as respects admission on transfer; and
(b) the policy followed in deciding transfers.
