  "text": "(1) Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations shall be amended as follows.\n(2) For the definition of “public examinations” in sub-paragraph (1) there shall be substituted–\n““public examinations” means public examinations which are for the time being prescribed by regulations made under section 453(1) of the Act;”.",
