# The Education (School Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 2: Amendments to the Principal Regulations


(1) Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations shall be amended as follows.
(2) For the definition of “public examinations” in sub-paragraph (1) there shall be substituted–
““public examinations” means public examinations which are for the time being prescribed by regulations made under section 453(1) of the Act;”.
