  "text": "(This note does not form part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (School Information) (Wales) Regulations 1999 which provide for (amongst other things) the information which must be included in the school prospectus. Four additional items relating to arrangements for disabled pupils, equal opportunities' policies, school security and the home-school agreement adopted by the school are now to be included in the school prospectus - see Regulation 2.",
