  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (School Information) (Wales) Regulations 1999 in consequence of the abolition in Wales of “standard task assessments” (tests) to which the Education (National Curriculum) (Assessment Arrangements for English, Welsh, Mathematics and Science) (Key Stage 1) (Wales) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/45 (W.4)) gave effect.",
