In the case of any LEA maintained school, particulars of the manner in which complaints are to be made under arrangements made pursuant to section 409 of the Act.

(2)

In the case of any other maintained school, the arrangements made by the governing body for the consideration and disposal of complaints relating to any matter concerning the curriculum followed within the school, including in particular the discharge by the governing body of the duties imposed on them under Part V of the Act.
