Coming into force 1st April 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 15(2), 17(3)(d) and 45(3) of, and paragraph 6(a)(ii) of Schedule 3 to, the School Inspections Act 1996, the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Regulations:
