# The Education (School Inspection) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Education (School Inspection) (Wales) Regulations 1998 so as to change the period within which an inspection report must be completed to 35 working days in every case, and the period within which an action plan must be prepared to 45 working days in every case.
