  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese regulations amend the Education (School Inspection) (England) Regulations 2005. Regulation 3 extends the maximum interval between school inspections under section 5 of the Education Act 2005 from 3 years to 5 years. A similar amendment is made for the inspection of denominational education and collective worship in schools designated as having a religious character under section 69(3) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (regulation 4).",
