  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Education (School Inspection) (No.2) Regulations 1993 by substituting new paragraphs for paragraphs (4) and (5) of regulation 7 of those Regulations.The new paragraphs prescribe respectively the period within which the appropriate authority are to distribute copies of action plans prepared by them following a school inspection and the circumstances in which, and persons to whom, copies of such plans are to be sent (in addition to those specified in paragraph 10(3) and (4) of Schedule 2 to the Education (Schools) Act 1992 and section 210(3) to (5) of the Education Act 1993) (regulation 2(3)).",
