  "long_title": "The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”) provides for new categories of maintained schools which will replace, from 1st September 1999, the existing categories of such schools. The 1998 Act amends the Education Act 1996 and the School Inspections Act 1996 by substituting references to those new categories and a new definition of the term “maintained school”. These regulations amend the Education (School Inspection) (Wales) Regulations 1998 to reflect those and other changes made by the 1998 Act.",
