  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (School Inspection) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 1993 by inserting, in regulation 7, a new provision specifying 10 days (not counting any of the days mentioned in regulation 7(7)) as the period within which the appropriate authority is required (under sections 16(4)(c) and 20(4)(c) of the School Inspections Act 1996, as amended by paragraph 7 of Schedule 6 to the Education Act 1997) to take reasonably practicable steps to provide parents with copies of the summary of the inspection report following its receipt by them.",
