Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 22nd October 1997.

Any reference in these Regulations to the principal Regulations is a reference to the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 1996^f1.
