# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000, Regulation 5: Amendment


In regulation 14(6)(b) (publication of performance information about primary schools by local education authorities), for “on or before 8th December in each year” there shall be substituted “within three weeks of the date of a written request from the Secretary of State”.
