# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000, Regulation 6: Amendment


for paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 to the principal Regulations (provision of general information to the Secretary of State: secondary schools) there shall be substituted—
“5 The number of registered pupils aged 15 who have special educational needs,”.
