# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000, Regulation 7: Amendment


For paragraph 8 of Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations (provision of general information to the Secretary of State: primary schools) there shall be substituted—
“8 The number of registered pupils at or near the end of the final year of the second key stage who have special educational needs.”.
