Regulation 7 Amendments to the Principal Regulations

In regulation 13—

(a)

in the heading, for the words “local education authorities” substitute the words “the Secretary of State”;

(b)

in paragraph (1), for the word “authority” substitute the words “Secretary of State”; and

(c)

in paragraphs (1) and (4), for the words “the third Thursday in January in each reporting school year” substitute the words “receiving a written request from the Secretary of State”.
