# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1997, Regulation 3: Amendment


There shall be inserted after Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations (provision of general information to the Secretary of State: primary schools and middle deemed secondary schools) the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
