# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 7: Amendment of the principal Regulations


(1) Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations (provision of information to the Secretary of State on absence) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(1) there shall be substituted for the words “before 28th May” the words “on or before the Friday before the last Monday in May”.
(3) In paragraph 1(2) there shall be substituted for “1993” the words “in the reporting school year”.
(4) There shall be inserted after paragraph 4, the following paragraph—
“5 For the purposes of this Schedule “pupil” does not include a boarding pupil.”.
