# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 9: Revocation of Regulations and Schedule to the principal Regulations


Regulations 9, 11(2)(c) and (f) and Schedule 4 to the principal Regulations (provision of information to the Secretary of State on lesson time) shall be revoked.
