# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Regulations) 2001


In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “assessment”, before “a CTC” there shall be inserted the words “an Academy or” .
