# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 23rd September 2004.
(2) These Regulations shall apply only in relation to England.
