# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations any reference to—
(a) “the Principal Regulations” is a reference to the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2001; and
(b) a numbered Schedule is a reference to the Schedule so numbered in the Principal Regulations.
