Regulation 3 Amendment of Regulations

In regulation 2(1), insert the following definition—

• ““the Document” means the document entitled “Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 Assessment and Reporting Arrangements” published by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority pursuant to section 87(11) of the Education Act 2002 and article 9 of the Education (National Curriculum) (Key Stage 1 Assessment Arrangements) (England) Order 2004^f1;”.
