# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 4: Amendment of Regulations


In paragraph 1 of Schedule 1—
(a) replace sub-paragraph (2) with the following paragraph—
“(2) In respect of each such pupil, the information required by the Document in respect of each core subject and each attainment target in relation to each core subject.”;
(b) delete sub-paragraph (3).
