# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and come into force on 30th November 2006.
(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.
