# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
These regulations amend the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007 so as to provide for schools to supply to the Secretary of State, on receipt of a written request, the reason for the absence of a pupil from a Key Stage 3 National Curriculum test.
