# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007


(1) The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2(2)(f) of Schedule 3, after “administered” insert “and (if so) the reason for the absence”.
