  "text": "(1) The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.\n(2) Regulation 7 is omitted.\n(3) In regulation 14, omit paragraph (2).\n(4) Schedule 3 is omitted.\n(5) In paragraph 2(1) of Part 1 of Schedule 4, omit paragraph (c).\n(6) In Schedule 6, omit paragraphs 3, 9 and 10.\n(7) In Schedule 8—\n(a) in paragraph 1(2) of Part 2, omit the words “history, geography, art and design, design and technology, information and communication technology, a modern foreign language and”;\n(b) omit Part 4.",
