# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007


(1) The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (i) of the definition of “reporting school year” after “2020-21” insert “or 2021-22”.
