# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 1994, Paragraph 2


In the case of any pupil mentioned in paragraph 1 who was entered for the GCSE during the reporting school year or either of the school years preceding that year, the subjects for which he was entered and the grades he achieved.
