# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 1998, Regulation 4: Revocations and savings


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 1996, the Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amend ment) Regulations 1997, the Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 and the Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1997 are hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 1996 shall not relieve any person of any duty under those Regulations to make available, provide or publish information which has not been performed before the date that these Regulations come into force.
