# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 1998, Regulation 5: Provision of information by head teacher to governing body


The head teacher of every maintained school shall each year make available to the governing body information about the matters mentioned in Schedules 1, 2 and 3, for the purpose of enabling the governing body to comply with their obligations under these Regulations in respect of those matters.
