The number of registered pupils, at or near the end of the final year of the second key stage, in each core subject, who—

(a)

were assessed by a teacher as having reached each level of the National Curriculum level scale;

(b)

were assessed by a teacher as working towards level 1;

(c)

were exempted from teacher assessment under section 364 or 365 of the 1996 Act; or

(d)

were not assessed by a teacher because of their absence.
