# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 1998, Paragraph 7


In the case of each registered pupil aged 16, 17 or 18 who, during the reporting school year, was entered for one or more GCE ‘A’ level examination or GCE ‘AS’ examination, the following information—
(a) the pupil’s gender, date of birth and surname followed by first name or, if more than one, each first name;
(b) the subjects taken and whether as GCE ‘A’ level examinations or GCE ‘AS’ examinations and the grades achieved; and
(c) the name of the body awarding grades in the GCE ‘A’ level examinations or GCE ‘AS’ examinations in question.
