# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 1998, Paragraph 9


In the case of each registered pupil aged 16, 17 or 18 who, during the reporting school year, was in the final year of study of a course leading to the Advanced GNVQ—
(a) the pupil’s gender, date of birth and surname followed by first name or, if more than one, each first name;
(b) the subjects entered for and the grades achieved; and
(c) the name of the body awarding the grades in the Advanced GNVQ in question.
