The classification of the school as—

(a)

county, voluntary controlled, special agreement, voluntary aided, special (maintained by an authority), grant-maintained special, special (non-maintained), grant-maintained, CTC, independent school approved by the Secretary of State under section 347(1) of the 1996 Act (independent schools suitable for children with statements), or other independent school;

(b)

boys' single sex, girls' single sex, or mixed.
