# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2001, Regulation 11: Provision of general information about primary schools to the Secretary of State


The governing body of every maintained primary or middle deemed secondary school, shall, within two weeks of receiving a written request from the Secretary of State, provide him with the general information about the school for the reporting school year referred to in Schedule 6.
