  "text": "In the case of each such pupil referred to in paragraph 1 who was entered for one or more GCSE subjects during the reporting school year or any of the school years preceding that year—\n(a) the pupil’s gender, date of birth and surname followed by first name or, if more than one, each first name;\n(b) the GCSE subjects taken and the grades achieved; and\n(c) the school year in which he was entered for each subject and the name of the body awarding grades in the GCSE subjects in question.",
