# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2001, Paragraph 4


The number of such pupils as are referred to in paragraph 1 who, during the reporting school year, were registered for or studying towards—
(a) units of a GNVQ referred to in paragraph 3(a) to (c) and approved by the Secretary of State under section 400 of the 1996 Act;
(b) a National Vocational Qualification, or units of such a qualification approved by the Secretary of State under section 400 of the 1996 Act;
(c) the Diploma of Vocational Education of the Assessment and Qualifications Alliance approved by the Secretary of State under section 400 of the 1996 Act;
(d) the Initial Awards of the Oxford, Cambridge and Royal Society of Arts Examination Board approved by the Secretary of State under section 400 of the 1996 Act; or
(e) levels 1 and 2 of an information technology key skill qualification approved by the Secretary of State under section 400 of the 1996 Act.
