# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2001, Paragraph 7


In the case of each pupil referred to in paragraph 6 the following information—
(a) the pupil’s gender, date of birth and surname followed by first name or, if more than one, each first name;
(b) the subjects taken and whether as GCE `A' level examinations, GCE `AS' level examinations or Vocational `A' level examinations or Vocations `AS' level examinations as the case may be and the grades achieved; and
(c) the name of the body awarding grades in the GCE `A' level examinations, GCE `AS' level examinations or the Vocational `A' level examinations or Vocational `AS' level examinations.
