  "text": "In the case of each registered pupil aged 17 or 18 who, at the end of the reporting school year, completed in their second year of study a course leading to the Advanced GNVQ awarded by the EDEXCEL Foundation, the Assessment and Qualifications Alliance or the Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examination Boards—\n(a) the pupil’s gender, date of birth and surname followed by first name or, if more than one, each first name;\n(b) the subjects entered for and the grades achieved;\n(c) the name of the body awarding the grades in the Advanced GNVQ in question; and\n(d) whether the pupil has failed to gain a grade in any subject for which he was registered after the completion of the second year of study.",
