# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2001, Paragraph 7


The classification of the school as—
(a) community, foundation, voluntary controlled, voluntary aided, special (non-maintained), community special, foundation special, CTC, independent school approved by the Secretary of State under section 347(1) of the 1996 Act (independent schools suitable for children with statements), or other independent school;
(b) boys' single sex, girls' single sex, or mixed.
