# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007, Regulation 4: Provision of information by head teacher to governing body


The head teacher of every maintained school must each year make available to the governing body information about the matters mentioned in Schedules 1 to 7 for the purposes of enabling the governing body to comply with their obligations in respect of those matters.
