# The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 3


In respect of any pupil referred to in paragraph 2(1) who has special educational needs and is working below level 1 of the National Curriculum, the P-level achieved by the pupil in each core subject or, as the case may be, the relevant attainment target as determined by teacher assessment.
