# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instument has been made to correct errors in S.I. 1994/1186 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Coming into force 15th August 1994
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 16 and 19(3) of the Education (Schools) Act 1992 the Secretary of State for Wales hereby makes the following Regulations:
