# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 2


The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 1994 are amended as follows:
(a) in the definition of “maintained school” in regulation 2(1), “secondary” is omitted in paragraphs (a) and (c); and
(b) in regulation 4(3), “for distribution” is omitted.
