# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 24th July 1996.
(2) In these Regulations references to the principal Regulations are to the Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 1995.
