# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 2: Amendment of the principal Regulations


(1) Regulation 3(1) of the principal Regulations (interpretation) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the definition of “the Document” there shall be substituted for “relating”“covering”, and “to” (in the second and third places where it appears) shall be omitted.
