# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 3: Amendment of the principal Regulations


Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations shall be amended by the deletion of “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (k) of paragraph 15, by the insertion after sub-paragraph (l) of “and” and by the addition at the end of paragraph 15 of the following—
“(m) achieved any grade from A–C in a GCSE English or Welsh examination (other than Welsh Second Language) and in both a GCSE Science examination and a GCSE Mathematics examination.”.
